WhatsApp पर भारत में नहीं लगेगा बैन, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज याचिका

नई दिल्‍ली : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने व्हाट्स एप पर बैन लगाने की मांग करने वाली याचिका को बुधवार को खारिज कर दिया है। इसमें देश की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा साबित होने की बात कही गई थी।

जानकारी के अनुसार, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज भारत में व्हाट्स एप बैन लगाने संबंधी याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। याचिका में इंस्टैंट मैसेजिंग एप व्हाट्स एप को बैन करने की अपील की गई थी। व्हाट्स एप की एंड-टू-एंट इंक्रीप्शन पॉलिसी को आधार बात कर हरियाणा के आरटीआई कार्यकर्ता सुधीर यादव ने ये याचिका दायर की थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता से कहा है कि वो अपनी मांग केंद्र के सामने रखे।

इस याचिका में कहा गया था कि कि, बीते अप्रैल से व्हाट्स एप ने एंड-टू-एंट इंक्रीप्शन की सुविधा शुरू कर दी है, जिस सिक्योरिटी को तोड़ना आसान नहीं है। अगर व्हाट्स एप से भी किसी व्यक्ति विशेष का डेटा सरकार मांगती है तो वह खुद इन मैसजों को डिकोड नहीं कर पाएंगे।

भरत में व्हाट्स एप बैन करने की वकालत करते हुए याचिका में कहा गया कि इस फीचर की मदद से कोई भी आतंकी और अपराधी अपनी योजना के बारे में व्हाट्स एप पर चैट कर सकता है। साथ ही देशविरोधी गतिविधियों को अंजाम दिया जा सकता है और हमारी सुरक्षा एजेंसी भी इस मैसेज का पता नहीं लगा पाएंगी। यादव ने याचिका में यह भी कहा था कि 256-bit के मैसेज को डिकोड करने में 100 से ज्यादा साल लग जाएंगे।

बता दें कि व्हाट्सएप्प ने अप्रैल 2016 से यह यूजर सिक्योरिटी सिस्टम लागू किया था। इस सिस्टम की खास बात ये है कि एक बार एनक्रिप्शन सेट करने के बाद कोई भी एजेंसी और खुद व्हाट्सएप्प भी आपके और आपके व्हाट्सऐप फ्रेंडस की चैट को नहीं पढ़ सकता है। इसे शुरू करने के लिए व्हाट्सएप्प आपको हर नए चैट के साथ एनक्रिप्ट करने का मैसेज भेजता है। यूजर की दृष्टि से देखा जाए तो एनक्रिप्शन सिस्टम उनकी निजता की रक्षा करता है। लेकिन इस बात की भी पूरी संभावना होती है कि आतंवादी गतिविधियों में लिप्त लोगों के लिए यह एक सबसे सुरक्षित और गोपनीय नेटवर्क साबित होता है। इसके जरिए किसी भी तरह की आतंकी प्लानिंग और सूचनाएं आदान-प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।

जूनागढ़ ही नहीं बल्कि गुजरात की सबसे बड़ी और महत्वाकांक्षी "रोप-वे" परीयोजना की मंजूरी अब आखरी चरण है तब बुधवार को संसद की पर्यावरण उच्चस्तरीय बैठक नई दिल्ही में होने जा रही है। और उम्मीद है की इस बार मंजूरी मिल ही जायेगी।
इस बारे में जूनागढ़ के सांसद राजेश चुडासमा ने जानकारी देते हुवे बताया की पर्यावरण उच्चस्तरीय बैठक में अलग अलग विभाग के बड़े सनदी अधिकारी बैठते है। चुडासमा ने बताया की इस बार रोप-वे का मुद्दा एजेंडा में भी सामिल है। और आशा हे इस बार रोप-वे परियोजना को मंजूरी मिलहि जायेगी।
जूनागढ़ के लिए अत्यंत महत्वाकांक्षी योजना को साकार करने के लिए सांसद राजेश चुडासमा अहम् रोल अदा कर रहे हे। राजेशभाई रोप-वे की मंजूरी के लिए पर्यावरण मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर से खास भेट करके योजना को साकार करने की मांग की थी।
रोप-वे का काम कर रही उषा ब्रेकों कंपनी के प्रोजेक्ट हेड दीपक कपनिस ने बताया की यह आखरी मंजूरी है और जैसे ही मंजूरी की मुहर लगेगी रोप-वे का काम तुरंत सुरु होगा। कपनिस ने बताया की इस मंजूरी के बाद गुजरात सरकार का नोटिफिकेशन जारी होगा और काम सुरु हो जायेगा
जूनागढ़ के पवित्र गिरनार पर्वत पर रोप-वे परियोजना साकार होने से जूनागढ़ ही नहीं बल्कि पुरे गुजरात के पर्यटन उद्योग को बहोत बड़ा बूस्ट मिलेगा।

P V Narasimha Rao ascended into Prime Ministerial office at a time when the India was stuck at its worst phase of economic turmoil. My scenes with the Makkhi had been quite challenging: Vindhya Tiwary

Pretty and popular actress Vindhya Tiwary, who recently essayed the role of Chandramani on Sasural Simar Ka (Colors) is quite happy with the appreciations she received from everyone.

For Vindhya, it's been a very good and a memorable journey as Chandramani on the show. In a candid conversation with TellyBuzz, Vindhya shared about her journey as Chandramani on Sasural Simar Ka.

She shared with us, "It's been a very good experience. I was so comfortable because I got an opportunity to work with Colors after Mrs. Pammi Pyarelaland it was my second show with Rashmi Sharma after Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein. This role was special for me because she has her own personality and motive. The role of Chandramani wasn't that negative. A lot of hard work was done on her costume and character graph. I still remember my first scene - it was a 27 page scene written in Shuddh Hindi. My scenes were being shot on round trolleys. An actor always gets nervous on the first day but we finished the entire 27 page scene on the same day which was a big achievement. Many of the co-stars were my friends from before; I knew Dipika (Dipika Kakar), Dheeraj (Dheeraj Dhoopar) and Jayati (Jayati Bhatia) from before. Mansi (Mansi Srivastava) who used to share room with me still messages me that she is missing me. I bonded quite well with everyone. There was a lot of positivity on the set."  

"I remember that most of my scenes used to be with the Makkhi and I used to shoot all alone. I just had to imagine the situation of the Makkhi and it was very challenging to perform with your own skill and conviction. First time, I got to shoot with a harness on the show and I was surprised that I did it in one take. Fans appreciated my work while a lot of trolling also happened on Twitter and by my friends as the Game of Thrones inspired promo as well as the Makkhi track revolved around me. The show has given me a lot of exposure and now people recognize me as Chandramani," added Vindhya.

"My overall experience with Sasural Simar Ka has been super fantastic. The show has given me a lot of exposure. I am grateful to Rashmi Ji for penning down such a character for me and believing in me that I can do it," signs off Vindhya.

What is the monetary value of the metal used in each coin of the Indian currency?

Firstly, I lay down the following parameters : I will take the rate of Rs 60 INR to $1 USD. Also, I'm going by lowest market prices available for the metals in question.

As per the RBI website, the different coins in circulation today are either made out of Ferritic Stainless Steel (FSS), or Cupro-Nickel.

5 Rupee Coins

The new 5 rupee coins are made out of FSS and weigh 6 grams each, while the older ones are made out of Cupro-Nickel and weigh in at a whopping 9 grams each.

As per my research, the lowest price for FSS comes in at USD $1000 per metric ton.
Thus, for $1 USD, or Rs 60 INR, we get 100g of FSS; ergo, it costs Rs 3.60 INR worth of FSS for a new 5 rupee coin.

The present day worth of the metal of the old 5 rupee coins came as a bit of a shocker. As per my research, Cupro- Nickel sells today at prices no lower than $20 USD per kilogram.
This,of course, works out to $2 USD per 100g of the Cu-Ni alloy, meaning that theestimated worth of the metal in one 9 gram 5 rupee coin is an incredible Rs 10.80 INR, which no doubt lies chief among the reasons that the Indian government switched to FSS for all its coin minting.

2 Rupee Coins

Like the 5 rupee coins, the new 2 rupee coins are minted out of FSS and weight 5.62 grams, while the old eleven-sided coins were Cupro-Nickel, and weigh 6 grams.

Considering the market values of FSS and Cu-Ni,
Value of metal in new 2 rupee coin is Rs 3.37 INR
Value of metal in old 2 rupee coin is Rs 7.20 INR

1 Rupee Coins

Both old and new 1 rupee coins continue to be made out of FSS, and weigh in at 4.85 grams.
The value of the metal in a 1 rupee coin stands as Rs 2.91 INR

Lower Denomination Coins
50 paise coins are made out of FSS and weigh 3.79 grams; their value works out to Rs 2.27 INR
25 paise coins are also FSS based, weighing 2.83 grams, and their metal is worth Rs 1.70 INR
10 paise coins are still minted, although i have no idea why, and are made of FSS and weigh 2 grams; their value is Rs 1.20 INR

* 10 Rupee Coins
The newest coins on the block are the bimetallic 10 rupee coins, with an outer ring of Aluminium Bronze and a centrepiece of Cupro-Nickel. The coin weighs in at 7.71 grams, with the outer ring weighing 4.45 grams and centrepiece coming in at 3.26 grams.
Reserve Bank of India

Market research shows a minimum price of $8 USD per kilogram for Aluminium Bronze.
As per my calculations, the value of the metal in the outer ring would be Rs 2.14 INR.
The centrepiece value works out to Rs 3.91 INR.

As you can see, incredibly, the combined worth of the metals in the new 10 rupee coins, thnks to the cheap price of Aluminium Bronze in today's international markets, comes in at a meager Rs 6.05 INR.

Brexit: David Cameron to quit after UK votes to leave EU.....

Flanked by his wife Samantha, Mr Cameron announced shortly after 08:15 BST that he had informed the Queen of his decision to remain in place for the short term and to then hand over to a new prime minister by the time of the Conservative conference in October.

He would attempt to "steady the ship" over the coming weeks and months, but that it would be for the new prime minister to carry out negotiations with the EU and invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, which would give the UK two years to negotiate its withdrawal, he said.

"The British people have voted to leave the European Union and their will must be respected," said Mr Cameron. "The will of the British people is an instruction that must be delivered."

Interview of Urvashi Sharma..... New debut in Tellywood from Bollywood

Bollywood actors are making it big on the small screen.

Over the years, many top actors have made their TV debut as either the host, judge or as the lead of a daily.

The next Bollywood actress to make her presence felt on TV will be the very elegant and beautifulUrvashi Sharma, who plays the titular role in Zee TV’s upcoming show Amma (Salt Media).

Urvashi for the first time will play a de-glam avatar, that of the main lead Zeenat. She will be a fearless mother who will emerge as the matriarch to millions.

At the recently held press conference, Urvashi spoke about the show, character, her daughter and more.

Firstly, tell us what brings you to television?

The fabulous script, storyline and the way the show has been shot. They aren’t shooting it like a daily soap but like a movie. In films, women don’t get the opportunity to explore themselves, but TV does offer a lot of scope. TV is female centric while Bollywood is male dominated. Above all, Amma is not a saas bahu saga, that’s why I opted for this show.

Did the project appeal you more because you are a mother?

Yes, definitely. Motherhood is amazing. Kids bring joy in your life.

What was your first thought when you were offered this show?

The first thing that came in my mind was my daughter Samaira. We are shooting away from Mumbai in Hyderabad. My daughter being the youngest in the family is pampered a lot. I have brought her here in Hyderabad to make sure she gets my attention. I have made all the possible arrangements so that she doesn’t get bored.

Your look is very different, tell us about it?

My look has been styled by stylist Ajay Kumar who has designed costumes for Ramleela, Bajirao Mastani, Phatom and more. He is very talented and I am happy with my look. I am also using my own gold jewellery as I am allergic to artificial ones.

What was Sachin’s reaction when he heard the script?

It was Sachin who convinced me to take up the project. He is very supportive as a husband.  

Do you watch TV?

I haven’t got time to watch TV or films after Samaira was born. I have never left her alone or with a maid. I am not very ambitious and I have always preferred spending time with family. My family has been my first priority.

Do you think with the character of Zeenat, you will able to create an impact on the minds of audiences?

Definitely, every young girl will feel that she should grow up to be like Zeenat. Every woman will consider her as their role model. She is going to be an inspiration to all women.

Any plan of having a second baby?

Sachin wants a second baby, but it’s the woman who has to go through all the pain. I first want to concentrate on Amma; we will plan for it later.

Have you ever gone to producers seeking work?

Never, I have been fortunate to get work easily. People have to struggle in Mumbai but I have never faced hard time. I am lucky enough to be at home and fulfil all my wishes. I shop and buy jewellery every second day. So I am blessed to have such a life.

Can we see you participating in a reality show like Bigg Boss?

I have been offered Bigg Boss earlier, but I don’t wish to be part of such shows. I can’t fight with people. If someone fights with me, I will be quiet and make sure that I will never cross the path of that person again.

Are you fine kissing on-screen?

No, I don’t think it’s needed. There are women who kiss on-screen, but I am not comfortable.

What you do in your free time?

I spend time with my family. I don’t party, booze or smoke. I like to have a nice meal with my friends and family instead of dancing in a dark room.

Sony Entertainment Television has undergone some programming changes recently.

Here, let us give you a low down.

Firstly, Mann Mein Vishwaas Hai hosted by popular Shakti Arora bid goodbye to TV screens on 16 June without much ado.

Also, Parvarrish 2 (DJ's Creative Unit) will be now be airing only from Wednesday-Friday.

Wondering why?

Well, the channel has to wrap up Suryaputra Karn(Swastik Production) as soon as possible and start the post leap drama in Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan (Contiloe). Thus, they have decided to air both shows for 45 minutes on Monday and Tuesday.

Sony TV is also set to launch two new shows, Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhaniya and Behad soon.

We sent texts to Producers Abhimanyu Singh and Siddharth Kumar Tewary for a comment but have not received any revert till the time of filing the story.

Interview of Ronit Roy.... Mr. K D Patak.

“Try and try until you succeed”, is what I have learnt from this exclusive interview with Ronit Roy.

Wondering why I am saying so?

At one of the editorial team meetings, I was in an exuberant mood to get an interview going with one of the industry’s big names...And the actor who immediately popped into my mind was Ronit Roy.

Well, even though it was a challenge for me to get in touch with the busy man, I had it in my mind that I had to go for it...

Yes, it was a tough task to get the gentleman’s interview, given his busy schedule. But as they say, ‘Nothing is impossible’... After trying to reach him for a week I finally managed to speak to Ronit. 

Small screen’s Amitabh Bachchan, the one and only Ronit Roy is one of the renowned personalities who earned his acting credibility with a bunch of impressive performances on the big screen as well as small screen; he dresses in sharp suits for press interviews, and is extremely courteous while interacting with the media personals.

He's been loved by audiences, both in his small and the big screen projects. While he entertained fans in TV shows Adaalat and Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar recently, he made his presence felt in the movies 2 States, Boss, and Shootout At Wadala.

The actor's show Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar on Sony TV marked his return to the Indian TV soap genre. Now he is gearing up for Adaalat Season 2 and few movies.

In conversation with Tellychakkar.com’s Reporter Manisha Suthar, Ronit spoke about his career, personal life, success and upcoming projects.

Excerpts:

As a person, you define a powerful and strong personality, and your fans love it too. So do you too love doing such kind of roles?

These are the kind of roles that I have got, but now I think I will get something with a difference. The upcoming movie Saat Kadam is really different. I got these strong kinds of roles because the film makers see me as a strong personality. 

We have mostly seen you in an angry young man avatar on TV; so do these characters impress you?
No, whatever roles I am getting now is a mixture of strong, hard and soft. I am actually getting all kind of roles.

When you look back at your career do you have any regret in life?
No, I have no regrets. But sometimes I have been offered something good which I have not been able to do. I was offered a chance to work with Kathryn Bigelow, the Oscar winning director, but I couldn’t work with her. I was offered Homeland but couldn’t do that too as it was not possible for me to take up these projects at the time they were offered to me.

People often say that Ram Kapoor is your closest rival on TV; so what do you have to say about it?
Why do they compare me with Ram Kapoor. There is no comparison. I think people say what they want to say…

How do you manage to take time out for your kids when you are busy shooting?
I spend time with them; we go for our well-earned trips and vacations. I also make them do their homework. I drop them to school; so I have my complete attention on them.

How do you describe yourself as a father and husband?
I am an excellent father and a mind-blowing husband.

Which co-star have you enjoyed the most working with?
I have shared screen space with a lot of people, but I can’t choose any one as they all are very talented people.

Whom do you owe your success to?
I owe my success to a lot of people. My family, wife, all my directors, producers, channels, they all are part of my success.

What would you term as your turning point in your career?
My first turning point was Balaji Telefilms and Ekta Kapoor, and my second was Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap for Udaan.

You are very choosy about the roles you do, so is there any creative dissatisfaction?
Yes, sometimes you get into arguments with directors but otherwise everything is okay.  

Are you open to doing bold and intimate scenes on-screen?
You will see that when it is offered to me.

Any plans to work behind the camera?
No plans as of now. But in the near future, I might work behind the camera.

Lastly tell us about your upcoming projects?
I will start shooting for the movie Kabil this month. Adaalat is also coming back. I am doing an Indo-Hollywood film called ‘The Field'. There are 2-3 very interesting scripts which I am doing but I can’t talk about them as they are not confirmed as yet. I am working with some talented people.

He was also the main artist for decoration during the visit of Xi Jing Ping and most recently the suite of PM Modi which was auctioned.
